معمول ترین آزمون پایایی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ می باشد که در این تحقیق نیز به کار گرفته شده است. بدین ترتیب که 25پرسشنامه بین اعضای نمونه توزیع و بین داده های جمع آوری شده ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شده است. ضریب قابلیت اعتماد آلفای کرونباخ بین صفر و یک قرار می گیرد که صفر عدم پایایی و مثبت 1 پایایی کامل را نشان می دهد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS میزان پایایی پرسشنامه ها بدست آمد که بیانگر آن است که پرسشنامه از پایایی نسبتاً بالائی برخوردار می باشد.

Abstract
This research designed to investigate the impact of office automation on productivity, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance General Directorate of Education of Mazandaran Province Is marked. research ahead In terms of Purpose Applied And from vision approach In the category of research, descriptive – survey. Statistical Society, All the employees of the Department of Education of Mazandaran Province are To collect the data, The number 196 questionnaires Among the statistical sample was distributed. Sampling Using Simple random sampling Taken. Necessary data The four questionnaires 15 questions office automation, 31 questions of efficiency, 22 questions OCB And 15 questions Employee performance Were were collected. Reviews Research hypotheses Using the t-test And using SPSS software was used. The results showed that office automation on productivity, Organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance will affect. Also impact of four components, office automation (use of administrative support systems, application systems, telecommunications, systems relocation application and documents using document management system) on productivity, organizational citizenship behavior and Employee performance was confirmed.
